નેશનલ / CJP ની 'તિરંગા યાત્રા' પહેલા દિલ્હીમાં ગરમાયું વાતાવરણ: કનૉટ પ્લેસનું સેન્ટ્રલ પાર્ક બે દિવસ માટે બંધ, પોલીસની કડક ચેતવણી!

કોકરોચ જનતા પાર્ટી (CJP) દ્વારા 16 ઓક્ટોબરના રોજ યોજાનારી 'તિરંગા યાત્રા' અને વિરોધ પ્રદર્શનને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને રાષ્ટ્રીય રાજધાની દિલ્હીમાં તણાવ અને ઉત્તેજનાનો માહોલ જોવા મળી રહ્યો છે. કનૉટ પ્લેસ અને જંતર-મંતર વિસ્તારમાં સુરક્ષાના અત્યંત કડક બંદોબસ્ત ગોઠવી દેવામાં આવ્યા છે. આ દરમિયાન નવી દિલ્હી નગરપાલિકા પરિષદ (NDMC) દ્વારા પ્રશાસનિક કારણોસર કનૉટ પ્લેસના સેન્ટ્રલ પાર્કને બે દિવસ માટે સામાન્ય જનતા માટે બંધ રાખવાનો સત્તાવાર આદેશ જારી કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.

Various trade and market associations in and around Connaught Place have submitted requests seeking protection for their shops and establishments against disruptive elements and unlawful gatherings. They state that such activities are adversely affecting their businesses, particularly during the current festive season... Delhi Police appeals to protesters and the general public not to participate in any gathering that violates the orders issued under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), which is currently in force. Appropriate legal action will be taken against those who violate these orders. The Delhi Police urges everyone to refrain from disrupting the peace and order established in the area and to avoid creating a situation that could hinder the operations of local businesses and shopkeepers. However, the Delhi Police may consider making arrangements to permit a select group of individuals to gather at a suitable location for the purpose of carrying the national flag and singing the national anthem."

દિલ્હી પોલીસની સખ્તી અને ટ્રાફિક એડવાઈઝરી

દિલ્હી પોલીસે નાગરિકોને અપીલ કરી છે કે તેઓ આ કાર્યક્રમમાં જોડાવા માટે કનૉટ પ્લેસ વિસ્તારમાં એકઠા ન થાય, કારણ કે આ વિસ્તાર કોઈ નિર્ધારિત પ્રદર્શન સ્થળ નથી અને હાલ સમગ્ર વિસ્તારમાં કલમ 163 લાગુ કરવામાં આવી છે. જો કે, પોલીસે સ્પષ્ટ કર્યું છે કે રાષ્ટ્રધ્વજ ફરકાવવા અને રાષ્ટ્રગાન ગાવા માટે માત્ર એક નાના સમૂહને જ મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવી શકે છે. વેપારી સંગઠનો દ્વારા તહેવારોના આ સિઝનમાં બજાર અને વેપાર પ્રભાવિત થવાની આશંકા વ્યક્ત કરવામાં આવી હતી, જેને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને સુરક્ષા વ્યવસ્થા વધુ સઘન બનાવવામાં આવી છે.

CJP ના આ માર્ચને કારણે દિલ્હી ટ્રાફિક પોલીસે પણ એક વિસ્તૃત એડવાઈઝરી જારી કરી છે. સંસદ માર્ગ, બાબા ખડક સિંહ માર્ગ, પંચકુઈયા રોડ, મિન્ટો રોડ, બારાખંભા રોડ, જનપથ અને અશોક રોડ સહિત અનેક મુખ્ય માર્ગો પર વાહનવ્યવહાર પ્રભાવિત થવાની સંભાવના છે, જેથી વાહનચાલકોને વૈકલ્પિક રૂટ પસંદ કરવા સલાહ આપવામાં આવી છે.

'તિરંગો લહેરાવવો કોઈ અપરાધ નથી': અભિજીત દિપકે

CJP ના સંસ્થાપક અભિજીત દિપકેએ શુક્રવારે સાંજે 5 વાગ્યે સેન્ટ્રલ પાર્ક ખાતે તિરંગો લઈને પહોંચવા માટે વ્યાપક અપીલ કરી છે. તેમણે તમામ રાજકીય પક્ષો, સામાજિક સંગઠનો અને આમ લોકોને વૈચારિક મતભેદો ભૂલીને મતદાનના અધિકાર અને લોકશાહીની રક્ષા માટે આગળ આવવા આહ્વાન કર્યું છે. દિપકેએ આક્ષેપ કર્યો કે અગાઉ તેમના સાથી નેતાઓને માત્ર તિરંગો લહેરાવવાના કારણે ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી હતી, પરંતુ તેઓ આંદોલનથી પીછેહઠ કરવાના નથી.

આ અભિયાનને સમર્થન આપવા માટે AISA, SFI અને AISF જેવા છાત્ર સંગઠનોના પ્રતિનિધિઓ ઉપરાંત વરિષ્ઠ વકીલ પ્રશાંત ભૂષણ, અભિનેતા પ્રકાશ રાજ અને સામાજિક કાર્યકરો પણ એક મંચ પર આવ્યા છે. પ્રશાંત ભૂષણે જણાવ્યું છે કે લોકશાહીને બચાવવાની આ લડાઈ નાગરિક સમાજ અને યુવાનોના નેતૃત્વમાં જ લડવામાં આવશે.
