દિલ્હી / નેહા બોરાનો અડધી રાતે છૂટકારો, પોલીસે અભિજિત દીપકે સામે લીધું કડક એક્શન

ઓલ ઈન્ડિયા સ્ટુડન્ટ્સ એસોસિએશન (AISA) ના રાષ્ટ્રીય પ્રમુખ નેહા બોરાને દિલ્હી પોલીસે મુક્ત કરી દીધી છે. 16 ઓક્ટોબરની સાંજે નિવારક જોગવાઈઓ હેઠળ અટકાયતમાં લેવાયેલી નેહા બોરાને દિલ્હી પોલીસ અધિનિયમની કલમ 65 હેઠળ ઔપચારિક પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ કર્યા પછી મુક્ત કરવામાં આવી હતી. દરમિયાન, કોકરોચ જનતા પાર્ટી (CJP) ના સ્થાપક અભિજીત દિપકે, જેમને આ જ કેસના સંદર્ભમાં કસ્ટડીમાં લેવામાં આવ્યા હતા, તેમની સામે ભારતીય નાગરિક સેવા સંહિતા (BNSS) ની કલમ 126/170 હેઠળ કાર્યવાહી શરૂ કરવામાં આવી છે. પોલીસના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર, તેમને આજે SEM કોર્ટમાં રજૂ કરવામાં આવશે.

નેહા બોરાને 16 ઓક્ટોબરની સાંજે કસ્ટડીમાં લેવાઈ હતી

દિલ્હી પોલીસના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર, AISA ના રાષ્ટ્રીય પ્રમુખ નેહા બોરા અને કાર્યકર્તા અભિજીત દિપકેકને 16 ઓક્ટોબરની સાંજે નિવારક પગલાં હેઠળ અટકાયતમાં લેવામાં આવ્યા હતા. આ કાર્યવાહી દિલ્હીમાં તિરંગા માર્ચ દરમિયાન થઈ હતી. પોલીસે જણાવ્યું હતું કે નેહા બોરાને દિલ્હી પોલીસ એક્ટની કલમ 65 હેઠળ ઔપચારિક પ્રક્રિયાઓ પૂર્ણ કર્યા પછી મુક્ત કરવામાં આવી હતી. જોકે, અભિજીત દિપકેના કેસમાં એક અલગ કાનૂની પ્રક્રિયા અનુસરવામાં આવી રહી છે.

અભિજીત અને નેહા બોરાની અટકાયત

શુક્રવારે દિલ્હીના કનોટ પ્લેસમાં "લહરા દો તિરંગા" કૂચ માટે કડક સુરક્ષા વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવી હતી. કૂચ શરૂ થાય તે પહેલાં, પોલીસે કોકરોચ જનતા પાર્ટી (CJP) ના સ્થાપક અભિજીત દિપકેકની અટકાયત કરી હતી. આ પછી, ઓલ ઈન્ડિયા સ્ટુડન્ટ્સ એસોસિએશન (AISA) ના પ્રમુખ નેહા બોરાની પણ અટકાયત કરવામાં આવી હતી. બંને સંગઠનોએ આરોપ લગાવ્યો હતો કે તેમને તેમના નેતાઓની સ્થિતિ અને ઠેકાણા વિશે માહિતી મળી રહી નથી. તેમણે એવો પણ આરોપ લગાવ્યો હતો કે તેમને વકીલો સાથે મળવા દેવામાં આવ્યા નથી.

Impeach Gyanesh Kumar and halt SIR, so that the ordinary citizens of this country can breathe a sigh of relief, feel at ease, and have their voting rights ensured." She adds, "They (Police) demanded my name, address, and other details. For a long time, they wouldn't even let me speak or consult with a legal advisor (lawyer). Our lawyers spent 5–6 hours trying to reach me; it was only after we managed to call them that they were finally allowed to meet me. These are the kinds of things these people have been doing for a long time."

કનોટ પ્લેસ તરફ કૂચ કરતા પહેલા અભિજીત દિપકેકની અટકાયત

શુક્રવારે સાંજે 5 વાગ્યાની આસપાસ કનોટ પ્લેસને ઘેરી લેવામાં આવ્યું હતું. સીજેપીના સ્થાપક અભિજીત દિપકકેએ અહીં ત્રિરંગો ફરકાવવા માટે કૂચનું આહ્વાન કર્યું હતું. જોકે, કૂચ શરૂ થાય તેના થોડા સમય પહેલા જ તેમનો પોલીસ સાથે ઝઘડો થયો અને તેમને કસ્ટડીમાં લેવામાં આવ્યા.

દીપકેની અટકાયત

દીપકે સાંજે લગભગ 4:50 વાગ્યે કરોલ બાગમાં NCP (શરદ પવાર જૂથ)ના નેતા અનિશ ગાવંડેના નિવાસસ્થાનથી નીકળ્યો. તેણે મહાત્મા ગાંધીની તસવીરવાળી સફેદ ટી-શર્ટ પહેરી હતી અને તેના શરીર પર ત્રિરંગો લપેટાયેલો હતો. પોલીસે અગાઉ તેની પાસેથી ઘણા દસ્તાવેજો પર સહી કરાવી હતી, જેમાં કહેવામાં આવ્યું હતું કે તે કાનૂની પરવાનગી વિના વિરોધ સ્થળ તરફ કૂચ કરશે નહીં. દીપકે પોલીસ સાથે દલીલ કરતા કહ્યું કે તે વિરોધ કરી રહ્યો નથી, પરંતુ કનોટ પ્લેસ પર ત્રિરંગો ફરકાવવા જઈ રહ્યો છે. તેણે પ્રશ્ન કર્યો કે શું આ પણ પરવાનગી નથી.
