રશિયા અને યુક્રેન વચ્ચે ચાલી રહેલ યુદ્ધની વચ્ચે રશિયાના રાષ્ટ્રપતિ વ્લાદિમીર પુતિનના નિવેદનથી ફરી આખી દુનિયામાં દહેશત વધી ગઈ છે. તેમણે ફરી દુનિયાને ચેતવણી આપતા કહ્યું છે કે જો નાટો સેના યુદ્ધમાં ભાગ લેશે તો વૈશ્વિક તબાહી નિશ્ચિત છે.

Putin said that he had not yet taken a decision on attending a Group of 20 summit in Bali, Indonesia next month, reports Reuters.

આટલું જ નહીં વ્લાદિમીર પુતિનને જ્યારે પૂછવામાં આવ્યું કે યુદ્ધ કર્યા બાદ શું તમને જરા પણ અફસોસ કે પસ્તાવો છે? તો તેમણે કહ્યું ના નથી.

ભારત અને ચીન માટે આપ્યું મોટું નિવેદન 
કજાકસ્તાનમાં આયોજિત એક કાર્યક્રમમાં પુતિનને આ મુદ્દે સવાલ કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા જેમાં આ મોટા નિવેદન સામે આવ્યા છે. પુતિને એમ પણ કહ્યું કે આ યુદ્ધમાં યુક્રેનને નષ્ટ કરવાનો અમારો કોઈ આશય હતો નહીં. નોંધનીય છે કે ભારતની સરકાર સતત આ યુદ્ધની વચ્ચે શાંતિની અપીલ કરી રહ્યું છે, જોકે ભારતનો સ્ટેન્ડ સ્પષ્ટ છે કે અમે કોઈ પણ પક્ષનો સાથ આપવાના નથી, એવામાં પુતિને ભારત અને ચીનને લઈને પણ મોટું નિવેદન આપ્યું છે. ભારત અને ચીનને લઈને તેમણે કહ્યું કે આ બંને દેશોએ શાંતિપૂર્ણ વાતચીતનું સમર્થન કર્યું હતું.
