અમદાવાદ / અન્નૂ પ્રોજેક્ટ્સ લિમિટેડ IPO મારફતે રૂ. 175 કરોડ સુધીનું ભંડોળ ઊભું કરશે

અમદાવાદ, 20 ઓગસ્ટ 2026: અન્નૂ પ્રોજેક્ટ્સ લિમિટેડ, એન્જિનિયરિંગ, પ્રોક્યોરમેન્ટ અને કન્સ્ટ્રક્શન (EPC) ક્ષેત્રે કાર્યરત કંપનીએ તેના આગામી IPO માટે પ્રતિ ઇક્વિટી શેર રૂ. 94 થી રૂ. 99નો પ્રાઇસ બેન્ડ જાહેર કર્યો છે. IPOમાં સબ્સ્ક્રિપ્શન માટે મંગળવાર, 25 ઓગસ્ટ 2026ના રોજ ખુલશે અને શુક્રવાર, 28 ઓગસ્ટ, 2026ના રોજ બંધ થશે.

કંપની આ IPO મારફતે રૂ. 175 કરોડનું ભંડોળ ઊભું કરવાની યોજના ધરાવે છે અને કંપનીના શેર BSE તથા NSE પર લિસ્ટ થશે. Mefcom કેપિટલ માર્કેટ્સ લિમિટેડ આ ઇશ્યૂના બુક રનિંગ લીડ મેનેજર (BRLM) છે, જ્યારે Kfin ટેકનોલોજિસ લિમિટેડ રજિસ્ટ્રાર છે.

IPOમાં બુક બિલ્ડિંગ પ્રક્રિયા મારફતે ₹10ની ફેસ વેલ્યુ ધરાવતા કુલ 1,76,83,000 ઇક્વિટી શેરનો ફ્રેશ ઇશ્યૂ સામેલ છે. કુલ ઇશ્યૂમાંથી 70,73,200 ઇક્વિટી શેર નોન ઇન્સ્ટિટ્યુશનલ ઇન્વેસ્ટર્સ (NII), 17,68,300 ઇક્વિટી શેર ક્વોલિફાઇડ ઇન્સ્ટિટ્યુશનલ બાયર્સ (QIBs) અને 88,41,500 ઇક્વિટી શેર રિટેલ ઇન્ડિવિઝ્યુઅલ ઇન્વેસ્ટર્સ (RIIs) સેગમેન્ટ માટે ફાળવવામાં આવ્યા છે.

અન્નૂ પ્રોજેક્ટ્સ લિમિટેડ IPOમાંથી મળનારી રકમમાંથી રૂ. 115 કરોડ વર્કિંગ કેપિટલની જરૂરિયાત માટે અને રૂ. 15.01 કરોડ કંપનીની મૂડી ખર્ચની જરૂરિયાતો, જેમાં મશીનરી અથવા સાધનોની ખરીદીનો સમાવેશ થાય છે, એના માટે ઉપયોગ કરશે. બાકીની રકમનો ઉપયોગ સામાન્ય કોર્પોરેટ હેતુઓ માટે કરવામાં આવશે.

2003માં સ્થાપિત અન્નૂ પ્રોજેક્ટ્સ લિમિટેડ ટેલિકોમ ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર, ગટર વ્યવસ્થાપન ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર, ગેસ પાઇપલાઇન અને રેલવે સિગ્નલિંગ જેવા ક્ષેત્રોમાં આવશ્યક ઓવરહેડ અને અંડરગ્રાઉન્ડ યુટિલિટી ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચરની ડિઝાઇન, વિકાસ, અમલીકરણ, કામગીરી અને જાળવણી સાથે સંકળાયેલી છે. CARE રિપોર્ટ અનુસાર, કંપની EPC ક્ષેત્રની વૈવિધ્યસભર કંપનીઓમાંની એક છે, જે ફાઇબર ઓપ્ટિક્સથી લઈને ગટર વ્યવસ્થાપન પ્રોજેક્ટ્સ સુધીના વિવિધ ક્ષેત્રોમાં કાર્ય કરે છે અને ગેસ પાઇપલાઇન પ્રોજેક્ટ્સ પણ હાથ ધરે છે.

કંપનીમાં કુલ 2,973 કર્મચારીઓ કાર્યરત છે, જેમાં 2,500 કર્મચારીઓ કોન્ટ્રાક્ચ્યુઅલ ધોરણે છે. કંપનીએ અત્યાર સુધીમાં 23થી વધુ પ્રોજેક્ટ્સ હાથ ધર્યા છે, જેમાં ઉદ્યોગના અનેક પ્રતિષ્ઠિત નામો માટેના પ્રોજેક્ટ્સનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.

30 જૂન, 2026 સુધી કંપનીની કુલ ઓર્ડર બુક રૂ. 1,005.06 કરોડ છે, જે ચાલુ અને આગામી પ્રોજેક્ટ્સની મજબૂત પાઇપલાઇન દર્શાવે છે. નાણાકીય વર્ષ 2026 દરમિયાન કંપનીની આવકમાં ટેલિકોમ ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચરનો હિસ્સો 41.50%, ગટર વ્યવસ્થાપન ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચરનો 52.67%, ગેસ પાઇપલાઇનનો 4.03% અને અન્ય પ્રોજેક્ટ સેગમેન્ટનો 1.80% રહ્યો હતો. આ કંપનીના વિવિધ ક્ષેત્રોમાં વિસ્તરેલા પોર્ટફોલિયોને દર્શાવે છે.

નાણાકીય વર્ષ 2026 દરમિયાન અન્નૂ પ્રોજેક્ટ્સ લિમિટેડની ઓપરેશન્સમાંથી આવક રૂ. 241.25 કરોડ રહી હતી, જ્યારે પ્રોફિટ આફ્ટર ટેક્સ (PAT) રૂ. 33.03 કરોડ અને PAT માર્જિન 13.69% રહ્યો હતો. નાણાકીય વર્ષ 2025માં કંપનીની ઓપરેશન્સમાંથી આવક રૂ. 180.07 કરોડ અને PAT રૂ. 21.10 કરોડ રહ્યો હતો, જ્યારે PAT માર્જિન 11.72% હતું.
